We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are issued exclusively for direct deposit payments, and only if the order is canceled before processing begins.

Exchange Policy

We aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve made the exchange process simple and convenient. 

Items purchased from https://thetinytrot.com/ are eligible for exchange within 2 days of delivery, with no questions asked.

To initiate an exchange, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order by submitting the Complaint/Inquiry form, and the product has to reach us back within 5 working days of submitting an exchange form.

Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

Original tags, labels, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be intact.

Exchange Not Applicable If:

The request is made after 2 days of delivery.

The product has been used, damaged, or altered.

Packaging, tags, or invoice are missing.

Extra fabric or embellishments used in photoshoots are not included unless specifically mentioned on the website.

Additional charges for exchange will be 300.
